Hello,
It is harmless.
You probably had Quotes Plus installed some time ago but
uninstalled it. Unfortunatelly uninstall is not complete and some registry
entries are left making QP2 plugin to think that QP2 is still installed.
If this is the case you may just go to Plugins folder and remove QP2.dll
plugin.
