A general question on AFL remembering a prior
event.

I would like to save on disk trade signals in real
time. The problem I am having is that the signal remains active for the duration
of the time interval.... so if I am on a 1 minute time base, the trade signal is
active for the entire 1 minute and the disk save operation saves data every time
a data tick comes in, causing multiple entries all with the same time
stamp.

Is there a way that I could distinguish
data of the prior save operation?

Here is a sample of the saved data:
$SPX  12/10/2003 6:51:00 AM  65100
1,059.400$SPX  12/10/2003 6:51:00 AM  65100
1,059.580$SPX  12/10/2003 6:51:00 AM  65100
1,059.580$SPX  12/10/2003 6:51:00 AM  65100
1,059.580

Thanks
