Thanks, that's it. After I enabled the layer, it 
show a LOT of lines I drew. :-)
I am starting to understand the concept of layer 
now, which was a bit confusing to me...

  Go to Layers and make sure 
  you have the currently selected layer checked with an X.
   
  Whenever  you draw 
  something it is drawn on the currently selected layer and if that layer is not

  trendline, but when I release the button, the trendline
