Sorry, I was wrong in my first formula, was thinking of another problem
Try this, I think I have it the right way around :)
Period = 250;
PPOCount = Sum( IIf(PPO > 0.15, 1, 0), period );
PPOSum = Sum(IIf(PPO > 0.15, ppo, 0),period);
Ratio = MA( Nz(PPOSum/PPOCount),period );
