Hello,
You have to install AmiBroker with "REAL TIME COMPONENTS" selected in
the setup program as shown in the video http://www.amibroker.net/video/setup.html
(this has to be FULL setup, not just the upgrade).
Alternativelly you can just get newest eSignal plugin from
http://www.amibroker.com/bin/eSignal160.exe
Then setup AmiBroker with eSignal as show in another video tutorial at:
http://www.amibroker.net/video/esignal.html
