if you have some time read again the text.
The +255% [common result for both datasources] refers to the today´s 
optimal solution [-19,49]
With the Inspection Points you have the real face of the optimals: At 
every IP the SECOND CODE selects the local optimal and trades it up 
to the next IP. This is probably what a trader would do in real 
conditions. The result for the same period/settings are SIGNIFICANTLY 
different from the optimal we see today.
I hope it is more clear [and educative for the optimization procedure]
