[amibroker] Multiple database setups..

Hello,
 
I've created multiple databases 
in multiple timeframes (eSignal RT 1min and AmiQuote EOD) and have them 
both open at the same time during the day. Does anyone know the issues that 
could develop with overwriting settings/data from one database to 
another.
