Hello,
You have to eSignal Datamanager installed.
Also: you should make sure that you have eSignal plugin installed
(it is installed if you select 'real time components' in the setup program
as shown here:

Alternativelly you can install the plugin itself straight from here:
http://www.amibroker.com/bin/eSignal160.exe
