It's the convention that the developer (TJ) used when he wrote the
processor, unlike EasyLanguage or others like TC2000 PCF, where the
backward reference in the array is assumed, i.e. C128 means the
closing price 128 days ago in TC2000 PCF,
or Price(128) in EasyLanguage,
converts to Ref(C,-127) in AFL. You always have to worry
about counting from zero or 1? So I may be off by one. Right?
