Here I 
am replying to my self...My solution would help you to find the non trading 
issues for movement out of the watchlist or if desired deletion from the data 
base. To Exclude these issues you could use the approach in the filter settings 
or simply use the reverse approach as the filter line in your 
code...
v>0 
or perhaps sum(v,10)>0.....
