Stoch uses HHV and LLV of the quotes over periods. Should the chart go into
extended non movement periods the Stoch will disappear as the H and/or L
become the same as LLV and HHV over that period.

Very, very puzzling.
I have discovered that certain symbols in my FTrack data seem to "produce"
or result in an "Empty" stochastics indicator.
I can page down thru a watchlist, looking at various panes which have
indicators. One being Price with customized EMAs, another being RSI and a
third being Stochastics (from formula not builtin StochD() indicator).
I can find several stocks which have an EMPTY in the Stochastics indicator,
but there is still good price data all the way back to 1992.
If I Plot the builtin StochD() indicator, then I get a plot.
I have inspected the prices in the QEditor all the way back.
With this kind of description, what would you guess is causing the abnormal
behavior?
