David: I see other replies to your message. You will get more of the
same. Almost everyone here who uses AB and posts or just lurks, surely
is satisfied.
I keep a folder in Outlook called new file releases. I just looked and
since June 18, 2002, I see I have 101 different saved "announcement"
messages. The rate of improvements, new features, new capabilities is
astounding and relatively unbelieveable. I myself asked for some
improvements back when I first came on board and Tomasz implemented them
within 3 or 3 months. Of course, those improvements made Amibroker a
more versatile and expansive program and immediately became attractive
to a new market area, and he has sold a lot of programs to this area (a
different group of traders).
You will not be sorry. In fact, if you do not choose Amibroker as your
only trading platform, then you will be sorry, but may never know how
much.

Hi,
Would any one like to comment on the value of using AmiBroker vs
Metastock pleaee. I certainly prefer the look of AB, but know little
about programming and coding, although I am prepared to learn.
MS looks more user friendly, but I am aware that it is also more of
a heavily marketed product. Meaning they want as much of my money as
they can get.
