I've found the answer myself. The following works ok for me.

AddColumn(<FONT color=#0000ff 
size=1>ValueWhen(Buy,<FONT face="Courier New" 
color=#0000ff size=1>ROC<FONT face="Courier New" 
size=1>(C,<FONT face="Courier New" 
color=#ff00ff size=1>10)),<FONT 
color=#ff00ff size=1>"<FONT face="Courier New" color=#ff00ff 
size=1>ROC",<FONT 
color=#ff00ff size=1>1.<FONT face="Courier New" color=#ff00ff 
size=1>4);
