What do you mean by shorter?
It would be easier if you just used Plot(C,"",colorblack,stylecandle);
instead of PLotOHLC which is designed for arrays other than the straight
OHLC data. 
You can squeeze the top/bottom boundaries with Graphxspace=2; //this is % of
space so put what number you want

I wrote this formula to use in another sheet where I need different 
stuff on my main "price" formula.  When I am on my first sheet 
looking at stuff I allways have to make my candles "shorter" in 
scale how do I accomplish this plotting price? How can I control the 
scalling of how "tall or short" a bar is?
