Filter = pat3; // overwrites all previous filter statements !!
Your second statement (Filter=pat3) OVERWRITES previous one so your first
filtering does not apply at all.
To join conditions use AND/OR:
Filter = C>10 AND V> 200000 AND pat3;
AND used to include only symbols matching ALL criteria AT once.
