An idea could be to use the AFL timeframe:

TimeFrameSet( inWeekly ); 
inW=Ref(H,-52); 
TimeFrameRestore(); 
Plot( TimeFrameExpand( inW, inWeekly), "Weekly", colorBlue);
Plot(H, "52High",IIf(H> TimeFrameExpand( inW, 
inWeekly),colorYellow,colorWhite),1);
