As I wrote in a second e-mail:

The setup updates 3 files:
IMPLODE.DLL
DBCAPI.DLL
Plugins\eSignalDLL
 
If you get "Could not extract the current file" error just 
make sure that neither
of mentioned files is marked as 
"read-only".
