paste the component list to a text file then use that list to create your
watchlist. same is true for your other requests. as for further data mining....
that all depends on your criteria. What makes for a good stock? min price? min
vol? min/max institutional ownership? float values? EPS? quarterly EPS values?
All things are available for screening using data such as quotes plus or TC
2000. Define a criteria and I am sure you could be
accommodated.

hundreds upon hundreds of badsymbols in there for me to deal with.
Moreover, I do not need adatabase of 7,000 or 8,000 US stocks. I will
simply *never* look atthat many, ever. A tremendous number of these
stocks are simply notworth a look, IMO, because they do not trade in ways
that allow me tomanage risk the way I insist on managing it. ^_^
They would just betaking up space on my box, and I can always add them some
day if theybecomeI need perhaps the S & P 500 . . . the Nas 100
. . . the majorindices . . . and the cream of the crop from the Amex.
I am certainI would need less than 1,000 total issues, and certain I would
beout-of-my-head nuts to try and keep track of even that many.
