Hello,
"Default database" will always be re-created if it is missing.
Therefore to delete the DEFAULT database you have to
make the OTHER database the default one.
To do so load different database, then use Tools->Preferences->Data
"Current" button to make this database the default one.
Then you can delete previous database directory.
