hi,
I was wondering about the Quote Plus functions we are able to use via
GetExtraData
1) is there any reason why the naming of certain functions differ?
For instance: AB uses "AnnDividend" and QP uses "Dividend". AB
uses "Yr1EPSGrowth", QP uses "EPS1GROWTH". Because the documentation
in AB is quite poor concerning these functions I would suggest to use
the same names so it is easier to look in the documentation of QP to
find out what this function can do.
2) Not all functions that give fundamental information about stocks
are retrievable. For instance the PE is given in QP but not
retrievable in AB (there are a few more). Is there a reason for that?
3) is there any reading I missed out on concerning the GetExtraData
function or the progress concerning the AB - QP link? The only
reading I can find is under "help", GetExtraData.
