This is why I run a Raid array. I don't Trust todays LARGE capacity drives
on their own!
With cheap IDE raid solutions around now. My 360gb Raid fileserver only
cost me aprox $1200. I don't think I'll be running out of space for some time!
ie
x4 120gb HD's (x1 in parity) $800
x1 ABit MB with OnBoard Raid $50
x1 Case & 550watt Powersupply $300
x1 450mhz PIII $FreeBee
