Here is the method I use which seems pretty fast and easy; I can move
panes up and down (actually reorder them),
Say the panes are ordered

To get them in order, right click on 1, select Edit formula (all of this
is for custom charts--although I assume it can work for the built in
indicators also). This brings the chart 1 formula into the edit window.
Next right click on 1 and click close.
Immediately click Apply in the Indicator builder, which puts 1 back on
the bottom.
Next right click on 2, edit formula, click close and then apply 2 from
the IB window. 2 will be on the bottom.
Next right click on 3, edit formula, click close, apply, and 3 will be
on the bottom.
New order:

Sounds crude and it is crude but is the fastest way I have found.
