[amibroker] new database, want to keep my indicators etc

new to AB, quick question; sorry for my ignorance:

I started up w yahoo data, and my QuotesPlus data just arrived. my concern
is that I want to keep the work I've done when I switch over, and I'm not
sure I know how.

there are two kinds of things I want to keep:

- I've built some custom indicators, my own and library ones

- I've added some indexes that QuotesPlus may or may not have

what do I need to do to be able to keep these items? do I have to save my
indicators each as indivual files, and recreate them in the new database?
can I import indidivual indexes from the old db into the new one?

thanks very much, any suggestions on how do this efficiently are much
appreciated.
