CondH=H==HHV(H,x);
CondL=L==LLV(L,x);
The conditions are true or false, the CondH, CondL are equal to 0 or 1
[this is the numerical interpretation of true or false]
Note also that CondH, CondL are Arrays, they have a value everyday
and may be plotted or used in AA.
