Is there a limit to the number of charts that I may request data for?
E-signal and QCharts both seem to support about 9 charts all
receiving feeds and responding rapidly through my DSL line. However,
with AmiBroker, when I get over 4 it seems to take a long time to
load or it has a blank pane with a note saying it has "too few
quotations." Database Settings are 5 seconds with 7k bars in Database
settings.
I've also had one chart open and have received the same warning, when
I could get the chart without delay in eSignal. Tonight it was with
$spx and $compq.
Lastly, the last few minutes of the trading day is critical for some
of my systems, and I would like to have instant access if I could. If
I can only use a single chart to spot a lower number of ticks please
let me know.
