Not knowing what Pat1 and Pat2 are it is a bit hard to answer. It could be
that all conditions are Pat1
I just tried this and it coloured the bars correctly
barcolor = IIf(C>O,colorBlue,IIf(C<O,colorRed,colorBlack));
Plot(C,"chart", barcolor, styleBar+styleNoLabel);
