Tried reloading v.4.3 but still does the same thing.  Any more ideas?

Walter,

You do not need to be connected to the internet to open the report....what
version are you using ? 

Maybe do a fresh install of the program and see if that clears it....

Can you capture a picture of the message you are receiving and attach it to
an email and post....
