Hello Dominick,
You can use the built-in MA's or add your own via indicator builder.
The built-in MA's can be found under Tools-->Preferences-->Main Chart
To Plot your own open the Indicator builder and use the following formula as an example:
Plot( MA(Close,30), "Custom MA",colorBlue, styleLine);

Ok. I give up. Where is it?? Where can I find the formula to create a
moving average?
I looked in the help section, couldn't find it. Surely something as
common as a MA would be in the insert menu........nope!
Could someone please direct me to where I can find it before I break
something in my office?
