amibroker@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSubject: [amibroker] How do I set up
AmiQuote to use the correct data source and period?I
have three data bases, daily, 15 minute and 60 minute and I am using the
EOD version of AmiBroker. When I try to download data from one of the
intraday databases in AmiBroker ( I am doing this in the middle of the day
), AmiQuote starts with Yahoo rather than Lycos. How do you set up
AmiBroker to pass the correct data source and period parameters to
AmiQuote AND how do I keep AmiQuote from starting to download
automatically? It seems that there should be some way for AmiBroker to let
Amiquote know that I am downloading intraday data from Quote.com and
select that source and set the period to 15 minute, or whatever period is
correct. Is there a way to set this up so when I access AmiQuote from
AmiBroker that the correct data is retrieved. If so, I do not care that it
starts automatically, unless I just want data for selected items. Also,
now when it starts I am overloading 1 minute data onto my 15 minute
data. I can not stop it from doing this. Since AmiQuote must know
which data source and period to use there must be some way to tell it
what to do. If there is a way I do not see it.Also, when AmiQuote
starts grabbing 15 minute data, it does not start on a 15 minute boundary,
it starts anywhere and then gets the data 15 minutes apart, i.e. 09:41,
  09:56, 10:11, etc. What am I doing
  wrong?Thanks,BarrySend
