[amibroker] Use correct group for your postings

Please send all ABTOOL related questions to its YahooGroup
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/abtool/messages/

This also applies to PTrader which is right now 'hardwired' with
ABTool.

In a similar way AmiQuote questions should be directed to AmiQuote
list (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/amiquote/messages/)

AmiBroker list is overloaded already and I receive growing
number of complaints from members of AmiBroker group
that do not want to read abtool topics.
