For tick bars try:
 
title="Tick = " + 
writeval(interval()/0,1);
 
Interval() function returns bar interval in secondstick bars = 
0......*****5 sec bars = 51 min bars = 60hourly bars = 3600daily 
bars = 86400weekly bars = 430000 (43e4)monthly bars = 2160000 (216e4)
