Uenal,
Please accept the following words as advice from the software vendor
with a little bit of experience with customer relationship:
When you run your own business, it is really very good idea to use polite and friendly language.
Even if you disagree with someone you can say it in a polite way.
It would be great if you could choose the wording more carefully, to avoid offence,
at least on this mailing list.
Just my 2 cents worth.
