QT output is in US EST regardless really of the feed I think, but try
changing the time settings in AB
Took me a while to get it sorted out, I use etrade, comsec and tdwaterhouse
as feed to QT and all work with the same time settings in AB.

I' ve got that set right - not sure what the problem is.
I am getting a feed from Sanford - is it possible that they have their
clock wrong?
