[amibroker] Equity calculation question

Hi,

I want to set my buy rule to depend on past performance, such as if 
lost 40% of initial equity, don't buy.

But following line seems not working:
  //assume $10000 initially invested.
  Buy = ...my buy rule... AND Equity() > 6000; 

Any help will be appreciated.
