IQFeed plugin is still in BETA development 
phase.

It means it is being tested, developed and bugs are being 
found and fixed.
You can not expect rock solid stability from 
BETA plugin .
There are various things connected with the way people use it 
(in parallel with
other applications running IQFeed also) and the fact that 
IQfeed API
has some issues with supporting multiple independent 
applications
running from it.
