I just switched so just a quick note regarding the
above. FreeTrade is free for the first 20 trades and $3 thereafter.
The trades are quickly placed, no problems. Their "Ameritrade Streamer"
has good and quick information as does the Level II Quotes. However I
found the software somewhat 'clunky' and am using Quote Tracker which brings
everything together very nicely, all on one page. By the way, the Streamer
is $14.95 including the Level II.
An extra comment on the response of Quote Tracker is
warranted. Even at wierd hours, their replys to e-mail was very quick and
helpful.
