As far as I know there is no way to synchronise 2 separate windows. Only a
clone window will change with one click, but you cannot show different
timeframes that way.
I am a bit confused, in what way do you need to modify the code? Have you
tried the Weekly Chart from the AB AFL library. It is to just put straight
into IB in daily view mode.

Graham, Many thanks for your code but I dont think it can be modified
for me. Can you help with this? I have a window with a number of
chart panes in addition to the normal main price chart. I duplicated
that whole window and then changed the period to weekly, so I then
have daily and weekly views of the same set of panes. However, if I
change to a new stock, only the active window changes so than I have
to select the other window and change the stock again. It gets worse
if I want a monthly window open at the same time. So, is there away
to synchronise two or more windows of different periods so that they
change to the new stock at the same time. Sorry for long explanation
but I was once accused of being to brief by someone in this group. PS
Maybe this is an option Tomasz can introduce in a future upgrade?
