[amibroker] Programmer needed to make a Quote.com plugin. Will pay to complete

I am needing to get Streaming quotes from quote.com I have no idea 
how to program and am looking for someone to program a plug in so I 
can use quote.com "streaming quotes" it cannot be a "snapshot" it has 
to be the streaming quotes from the service. Please email me if
