Would it be better to use this in case your quote time was not exactly
160000 ?
Sell = Sell OR Cross( TimeNum() , 160000 );
Cover = Cover Or Cross( TimeNum() , 160000 );

When using intraday data use this:
Sell = Sell OR TimeNum() == 160000;
Cover = Cover Or TimeNum() == 160000;
