If you go to properties of the script file you can change
the association there. It should ask if you want to change all like files to
that. Just browse through the windows directory till you get the windows script
program.

Use Explorer and work your way down to one of the .js files.

While holding shift key, right click on the file.

Then, click on "Open With".

Then tick the box that says "Alway open with".
