Screenshots look OK (by the way: you have just sent 150KB of
pictures to 1000 people
while I asked to send to <A

You should not have problems with these settings.
Did you try Zooming in your chart ?
Do you see white outline and white shadows around regular
candles (not dojis).
Could you send a screenshot (to <A
href="">support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx) of your price
chart ?
Did you try switching View->Price chart style?
Try View->Price chart style->Line - do you see
white line chart?
