[amibroker] Delay the Explore for RT Esignal Update

All: I tried the following code to introduce delays between ticker
"fetches" but, while it slowed things down a little, it is still too
fast for good updating.

Any ideas how to introduce 5 to 10 second delays levels?  When I entered
values > 100000 in the loops below, the "endless loop" error message
would pop up.

Any ideas?
