Are you trying to count a condition within a specific date range....?
As it is... the formula is counting the number of times that the condition
has occured in the entire

counter = cum(x) was one of the first things I tried. On the very first
line of the debug exploration I was getting counter values of 117 with my
logic, which made no sense to me at all as it should have been counter = 1
about 6 lines down in the exploration output.
