[amibroker] TJ - Quote Tracker Setup

I currently use Metastock quotes with the Metastock plugin and Local 
data storage disabled.
I want to try to use Quote Tracker (to show current daily 
mode data) with my EOD Amibroker.
Your guide to using Quote Tracker says:

Choose appropriate entry from Data source combo: 
  Quote Tracker users select 
  "Quote Tracker plug-in" as a Data Source and 
  "Enable" from Local data storage

Can this be done with my Metastock setup? Should local data be enabled or 
disabled?
