Hi Bob,

The .NET runtime and .NET SDK (Software Development Kit) are free of
charge from Microsoft. The SDK includes the C++, C#, VB.NET and
JScript.NET compilers. You can also separately download the J#
(Microsoft's Java-like language) compiler. All of these languages
compile down to the same intermediate language so the fruits realized
in one person's favorite language can be shared by another in
theirs. Of course, I'm not talking about Visual Studio.NET which is
Microsoft's .NET commercial development environment. That's overkill
I think for just righting libraries that Amibroker would utilize.

Programming and modifying "little languages" like AFL can be really
fun for the developer (Tomasz). But I think there's a bigger and
better picture here, a highly extensible trading platform, that is
much more worthy and in need of attention of Tomasz's talents.

These are all positive ideas, not negative criticism. Like I said,
Tomasz's work and support is awesome. I just see where it could go
based on everyone's enthusiasm here and having been in software
development for many years.

P.S. In the near future, the things we'll be able to do with
Microsoft Office and the .NET technologies will blow our minds.

Steve
