Go to "Layers" tab in the Workspace windown and check if 
ACTIVE layer is VISIBLE.

  Hi,
   
  I just upgrade to 4.34 and I found that the 
  drawing tools not working. I can select the tool e.g. the trendline but when I 
  drag it from 1 bar to the end bar and release the mouse button, the trendline 
  disappeared. This also apply to other tools like fibo, etc.
