I note TJ responded for this. 

I made this add in for the title to limit decimal places
when they can 2 or 3 dec places. In ASX below 50cents has ticks of 0.5c or 0.1c
below 10cents. I got tired of having 3 decimal places for all as only 2 are
needed above these price levels. I use this for the title block
