Although I have checked it on my testing Win XP, WIn 2000, Win Me, Win 98
and 95 platformt and in every case TAB was working OK,
from the post sent to the mailing list it seems that some people
have incompatible / broken versions of RichEd32.dll and RichEd20.dll that
are used by AFL editor.
