Marek, not certain what conclusions you were after. I use QT to supply the
data to AB intraday. QT is just an intermediary between my data supplier,
taking the data from my broker during the day. So if you have a intraday
data supplier feed, then QT might be able to link into that to get the data.

QT is not dynamic, rather a snapshot of the prices, market depth etc. I set
it to 1 minute for stocks on close watch, and 5 minute for the rest I
follow. It can use up the daownload through your ISP very quickly depending
on the data feed. I use about 4GB per month just for QT (~150 stocks)

I have never used QT, eSignal or any other real data provider (I doubt they
provide data for tiny Polish market).
Just try and send us your conclusions with [CONCUSIONS] suffix mark in the
subject.
As my understanding of the database subject is, database must have one
source
only (ASCII import, MS Data or data provider). The other way -> one source
in
one database only is not valid. I think you can have as many databases with
one type of source as you wish (but I have never check how this statement
imply to real-data feeds).
