Mario,
The latest release (1.54) is not supposed to need a USERID & PW for
Server#1 but I haven't tried it. I am still using 1.52 with a User
Name and Password which does not really have to be paid for if you
register at their site. I have no trouble with it but in the past if
I didn't have the User Name & Password in their just right including
case of the individual letters then I would get the same message you
are.
